摘要: Since pregnancy-induced hypertension is associated with impaired uteroplacental blood flow, we studied fetoplacental and maternal renin production in controls subjects hypertension. We measured total, active, inactive (pro-) serum, fetal arterial venous blood, chorion homogenate eight normotensive term patients 18 No differences active or prorenin were found from normal women In contrast, artery vein, as well chorionic tissue, contained significantly higher compared subjects. difference was seen the two groups. Thus to total ratio fetus of hypertension, which suggests enhanced production. These results suggest that increased activity renin-angiotensin system unit, not reflected circulation. This may be an attempt by membranes maintain vascular homeostasis face altered flow.
