摘要: Behavioral reactions of rats were studied under conditions constant exposure to ultrasonic irradiation at a frequency 20-45 kHz for 21 days. In subjected ultrasound, impaired behavior in the social interest test and Porsolt forced swimming was observed; development anhedonia sucrose preference revealed (manifested symptoms depression). The effects abolished by an antidepressant fluoxetine, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor. Our results indicate that chronic radiation produces modulatory effect on depressive rats. These changes satisfy requirements experimental animals, which are used as model psychopathological processes.
