Effect of Electroconvulsive Therapy on Anxiety in Linear and Non-Linear Rats with Depressive-Like Disorders Induced by Ultrasound Stimulation.

摘要: We performed a comparative study of the effect electroconvulsive therapy on anxiety in outbred rats and Sprague-Dawley with depressive-like disorder induced by exposure to ultrasound variable frequency (20-45 Hz). The anxiogenic was revealed elevated plus maze open-field tests both linear non-lineal rats, but more pronounced animals. Differences between level were demonstrated. These results suggest that should be used cautious patients depression comorbid disorders. Pronounced behavioral differences non-linear considered when choosing optimal experimental object this research field.
