摘要: An electrophoretic method was developed for the determination of several important catecholamine markers, namely norepinephrine, epinephrine, dopamine, metanephrine, vanillylmandelic acid and homovanillic in urine samples. Under optimum conditions, six marker compounds could be well separated with major coexisting interference compound uric within 24 min at a separation voltage 16 kV borate running buffer(80 mmol/L, pH=9.48). Highly linear response can obtained over three orders magnitude above markers low limits detection ranging from 1.0 ng/mL to 5.0 ng/mL(S/N=3). The proposed capillary electrophoresis amperometric detection(CE-AD) has been used simultaneously determine samples healthy volunteers patients suffering different diseases avoiding redundant measurements high assay cost; electrochemical profiles suggest more diagnostic information multiple diseases, which provides promising convenient entry into primary diagnoses clinical diseases.
