摘要: Cocaine poisoning has increased recently, and survival is rare because of its sudden onset rapidly fatal course. A patient described in whom cocaine developed. This condition was manifest by the findings acute agitation, diaphoresis, tachycardia, complicated grand mal seizures, severe respiratory metabolic acidosis, apnea, accelerated idioventricular rhythm. After control seizures with diazepam treatment acidosis ventilation bicarbonate, ventricular dysrhythmia abated, made a quick recovery. Recently reported experiments suggest that are major determinant lethality poisoning. Treatment prime importance, correction can normalize cardiac rhythm function these critically ill patients.
