摘要: This study investigated the effects of sodium fluoride on expression p38MAPK signaling pathway-related genes and proteins in spleen lymphocytes mice, revealing mechanism toxicity to immune system. The lymphocytes, isolated from mice consuming different NaF doses (0, 50, 100, 150 mg/L) for 60 days, were cultured medium with bacteria lipopolysaccharide, cells’ proliferation ability was analyzed through MTT; real-time PCR detected change MLK3/MKK6/p38MAPK/MSK1/ATF1 mRNA, difference protein MKK6/p38MAPK Western blotting. results suggested that is lower, showed a decreasing trend. These demonstrate can suppress activation pathway further influences function
