摘要: Diesel fuel is widely used in manufacturing and transportation industries. Its production, transportation, use disposal have the risk to contaminate environment. In other hand contaminated site usually can produce some microorganisms, through natural selection, that utilize hydrocarbons as source of energy food thus clean environment itself. For bioremediation purposes, 14 isolates diesel oil degrading bacteria from Bandung, Jakarta, Bali has been employed for degradation. These isolates, together with variables, e.g. pH, Pb, sucrose urea, were plotted 23x24 matrixes Plackett Burman statistical method. Fermentation was carried out batch cultures days. The results showed 9 availability higher initial pH a positive/stimulatory effect on biodegradation, 5 which very significant (99.99%), whereas 1 isolate inhibitory (-98%). also revealed 8 urea stimulatory culture growth (more than 90% significant). present Pb medium inhibit both degradation oil, although not (less 60%).
