摘要: Cultures of fibroblasts isolated from murine liver by the method tissue trypsinization were exposed to static magnetic field (0.49 T) and extremely low frequency (ELF) 50 Hz (0.020 T). The cultures fields for exposure periods 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 64 min on four consecutive days. After exposure, Zn, Fe Cu ion contents in culture medium determined together with activity two enzymes involved metabolism free radicals fibroblasts, i.e. superoxide dismutase (SOD) catalase (CT). ELF produced a decrease an increase content medium. anti-oxidant SOD CT was reduced field. did not produce any changes free-radical processes fibroblast cultures.
