摘要: Rapid air travel across several time zones exposes the traveller to a shift in his/her internal biological clock. The result is transient desynchronisation of circadian rhythm, called jet lag, lasting until rhythm rephased new environmental conditions. most commonly experienced symptoms are sleep disorders, difficulties with concentrating, irritability, depression, fatigue, disorientation, loss appetite, and gastrointestinal disturbance. Apart from decrements mental physical performance directly consequent on such symptoms, competitive athletes also exposed additional negative consequences optimal window performance. A brief summary possible effects lag athletic potentially alleviating strategies given.
