摘要: Little is known about the relationship between ABO blood groups and clinicopathologic features in gastric adenocarcinoma patients of China. Whether distribution with differs from that benign diseases also unknown. A total 474 404 were enrolled for study. The patients’ was analyzed. percentage group AB more common men cancer than diseases. proportion angiolymphatic invasion among O significantly lower those other (P = 0.034). Proportion tumors associated estrogen receptor (ER), progestogen (PR) carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) expression type higher types (P = 0.002 ER expression, 0.009 PR 0.003 CEA expression). serum CA19-9 elevation (P < 0.001 elevation, 0.005 elevation). Though there no significant difference survival patients, B had a trend to show superiority survival. significance might be biological behavior patients. However, it found not prognosis factor adenocarcinoma.
