摘要: Abstract Silica nanoparticles (SiNPs) are found in the environmental particulate matter and have been proved to pose an adverse effect on fertility. However, relationship between miRNA apoptosis induced by SiNPs spermatogenesis its underlying mechanism remains confusing. Therefore, present study was designed investigate toxic effects of spermatogenic cells mediated through miRNAs. Spermatocyte were divided into 0 μg/mL 5 μg/mL groups, collected analyzed after passaging for 1, 10, 20, 30 generations. profile mRNA spermatocyte measured exposure Further, mimics inhibitors used verify their predicted target genes 30th-generation cells. The results showed that degree cell group significantly increased 30th generation. After generations, expression 15 miRNAs altered, including 5 upregulated 10 downregulated Of miRNAs, miR-138 miR-2861 related death receptor pathway. mimic could regulate fas/fasl/ripk1 increase protein Fas/FasL/RIPK1/FADD/caspase-8/caspase-3 generation, while inhibitor not. In conclusion, cause inhibiting miRNA-2861, thereby resulting upregulation activating pathway miRNA-2861 be considered a biomarker main finding: induce microRNA-2861 inhibition, upregulating
