摘要: Recent advances in magnetic resonance (MR) have made possible not only anatomical but functional mapping of the brain. The advantages with MRI are that procedure is non-invasive, gives high temporal and spatial resolution, makes use equipment widely clinic. We introduce several new methods detecting stroke lesions evaluating pathophysiology cerebral ischemic disorders using a clinical 1.5T an experimental 4.7T MR apparatus, including 1) diffusion technique to detect acute stroke, 2) perfusion evaluate areas both spin labeling Gd-dynamic susceptibility methods, 3) basic application fMRI, 4) activity-induced manganese (AIM) for animals, 5) multi-slice spectroscopic imaging observe brain metabolites ischemia tumors. emphasize has excellent potential perfusion, function, metabolism fields. Moreover, these should be useful analyzing pathophysiolgy brain, especially when determining therapeutic time window ischemia.
