摘要: Abstract Striatal-quinolinic acid lesions have been used as a model for the pathology seen in Huntington's disease. Seven days following unilateral injection of 100 nmol quinolinic into rat caudate-putamen (striatum), large increase binding [ 3 H]WIN 35,428 to lesioned caudate putamen was when compared unlesioned side. Binding other brain regions unchanged. These data indicate that there is an dopaminergic uptake sites and suggest target further study
