摘要: Using an immunoperoxidase technique, after fixation in saturated alcoholic mercuric chloride, it was possible to detect cytoplasmic immunoglobulin (IgG) granulated metrial gland cells from deciduomata of pseudopregnancy the rat. The extent reaction for IgG variable but did not appear be related day or decidual reaction. Examination single cell suspension enabled quantification IgG-containing cells, no significant differences were detected numbers positive at days which examined. Surface on a small proportion and they distinguished Fcgamma receptor-bearing pseudopregnancy.
