摘要: Abstract : Ionization potentials (IP's) for arsenic and phosphorus clusters (Asn, n = 1-5; Pn, 1-4) have been determined by gas phase charge transfer reactions. Arsenic cluster ions were generated pulsed CO2 laser desorption from GaAs InP substrates, mass selected, thermalized, allowed to react with compounds of known ionization potential in a Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance spectrometer. The IP's As3 As5, previously unreported, as well more accurate IP values several the other clusters, determined. Products rate coefficients some interesting reactions agents are also reported.
