摘要: Cryopreservation protocols induce partially irreversible damage to mammalian sperm plasma membranes. Previous studies have indicated that adding cholesterol the membrane, as cholesterol-loaded-cyclodextrins, improves cryosurvival of sperm. Therefore, purpose this study was determine if treating Markhoz bucks with cholesterol-loaded-cyclodextrins (CLC) (0, 0.75, 1.5, 2.25 and 3 mg/ml diluted sperm/ml) in Tris-citric acid-glucose diluents without egg yolk (containing 5% glycerol) would improve post-thaw quality. The motion characteristics were evaluated a Computer Assisted System Analyzer (CASA); acrosome integrity vitality measured triple-stain technique. Samples recovered before after freezing by means putting straws into water for 30 sec then parameters assessed. results showed treatments significantly affected motility, progressive recovery rate, curvilinear velocity, beat cross frequency, live reacted acrosome, unreacted dead acrosorne, during (p0.05). best observed extender containing ( CLC supplemented 2.6% yolk. In conclusion, findings indicate improved viability motility following treatment presence
