摘要: In this work, we present a spectral characterization of pH-sensitive system, which combines the i-motif properties with spatially sensitive fluorescence signal pyrene molecules attached to hairpin ends. The excimer production (fluorescence max. ∼480 nm) by labels at ends molecular beacon is driven pH-dependent formation in loop. To illustrate performance and reversible work our systems, performed experiments repeatedly pH cycling between values 7.5±0.3 6.5±0.3. sensor gives analytical response excimer-monomer switching mode narrow range (1.5 units) exhibits high resolution (0.1 unit).
