Helical spin ordering and interlayer correlations in MnTe/CdTe superlattices

摘要: Abstract We report neutron-diffraction studies of MnTe CdTe superlattices with extremely thin spacers. Results indicate the formation spin helices (consistent tensile nature strain in layers) and coherence between different layers. Possible mechanisms for interlayer correlations are discussed.
