摘要: A single celled organism, vector, and method are provided for continuous production of excreted proteins in the absence substantial host cell replication without necessity addition antibiotics to control replication. The vector has (1) an inducible promoter capable activating a gene protein be produced under conditions that substantially inhibit replication, (2) hybrid containing signal sequence fused produced. Large quantities transformed organisms can grown inducing conditions, thereby reducing problem plasmid loss. Further, is allowing immobilization organism by entrapment or attachment within onto solid support surface. immobilized after, before simultaneously with induction. advantageously may encapsulated gram-negative bacterium which no outer membrane permeable so products into media avoiding difficulty recovering desired due formation inclusion bodies presence contaminants lyses.
