摘要: Abstract 3 pesticides at varying concentration were tested for the induction of SCE in human lymphocytes vitro. The fungicide, Dexon, sodium (4-(dimethylamino)phenyldiazene sulfate, was found to cause greatest increase frequency and response is dose related. herbicide, Roundup, isopropylamine salt N-(phosphonomethyl)glycine, had least effect on requiring use much higher concentrations produce an effect. Limited results obtained with fungicide Captan, cis-N-((trichloromethyl)thio)-4-cyclohexene-1, 2-dicarboximide because toxic levels either or solvent used.
