摘要: Research was carried out on the genotoxic effects (induction of micronucleated cells in primary root tips) and toxic (reduction growth) young plants Vicia faba grown soils with different organic matter contents treated herbicides atrazine, glyphosate maleic hydrazide. The data obtained show that are noticeably influenced by interactions between herbicide type soil which have grown. While hydrazide proved to be highly clastogenic for both soils, atrazine only poor matter. Glyphosate did not induce micronuclei under either condition, but induced a significant effect.
