摘要: Mycobacterium kansasii is an acid-fast bacillus most commonly associated with pulmonary pathology. Infection of the spine is exceedingly rare, with just three reported cases, two of which were in human immunodeficiency virus and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome patients.
