摘要: Uniform Cu-doped Bi2Te3 hexagonal nanoplates with widths of similar to 200 nm and thicknesses 20 were synthesized using a solvothermal method. According the structural characterization compositional analysis, Cu2+ ions found substitute Bi3+ in lattice. High-level Cu doping induces lattice distortion decreases crystal by 1.17% axis 2.38% c axis. A paramagnetic state is observed these from 2 295 K, which significant difference their diamagnetic un-doped Bi2Te3. (C) 2014 AIP Publishing LLC.
