摘要: A phospho-directed nanoreactor with multiple functions is reported. Alumina-functionalized macroporous ordered silica foams (Al-MOSF) have been developed large pore size, high volume (1.6 cm(3)/g), and a surface area of 186 m(2)/g rich in coordination unsaturated Al species, which can be used as nanoreactors for integrated situ digestion phosphoisolation. By directly adding Al-MOSF to the conventional in-solution system, both enzymes proteins are quickly enriched macropores reactor achieve fast proteolysis without increasing enzyme/protein concentration or using preimmobilization process, thus time cost greatly reduced. Meanwhile, due chemo-affinity between alumina phosphor groups, AI-MOSF isolate specific products enzymatic reaction (i.e., phosphopeptides) release nonspecific peptides solution. This strategy simple, efficient, successfully applied detection phosphoproteins real samples.
