摘要: Genome stability is crucial for the complete maintenance of cellular pathways that govern cell cycle. As a result irregularities in DNA replication occurring throughout S phase, key genes regulate cycle are damaged, giving rise to single-base mutations and chromosomal aberrations. Thus, efficient genome, which depends on precise temporal spatial pattern activation origins replication, greatly impaired. The approach discussed below aims at monitoring kinetics entire genome living cells. It could shed light mechanisms by drugs act and, moreover, it might assist discovery design novel inhibit proliferation under pathophysiological conditions.
