摘要: Abstract Chemical gas sensors with solid electrolytes have been prepared by the thick-film screen-printing technique. Nasicon or zirconia (YSZ) ion conductors are used, which deposited on α-alumina substrates. An all-thick-film potentiometric H 2 sensor based containing a Na x WO 3 reference electrode and porous Pt working an O Pd/PdO produced. Development of CO β-alumina is object current research work. Also oxygen limiting behaviour pumping cell has investigated.
