摘要: Over the years, there has been an exponential increase in number of gene therapy approaches that are under investigation for treatment cancer. This can be attributed to our growing understanding molecular mechanisms contribute onset and maintenance cancer as well development delivery vectors. In this review, we will focus on use lentiviral vectors (LVs) immuno cancer, these efficacious vehicles have come fore front because their many attractive features. LVs successfully applied generate potent dendritic cell based anti-cancer vaccines deliver cancer-specific receptors T-cells. Moreover, modulation cells. We describe various strategies 'genuine' therapy, amongst which transfer suicide genes, pro- anti-apoptotic molecules, optimize chemo- radiotherapy, expression molecules affect angiogenesis or immunogenicity tumor These discussed view current knowledge immunology. Finally discuss some important issues future directions push field forward.
