摘要: This article describes the development and validation of a liquid chromatography high-resolution mass spectrometry method for simultaneous determination over 400 multi-class priority emerging pollutants with different physicochemical properties in environmental waters (surface water wastewater). The proposed approach is based on use database consisting retention time/exact (of selected ions) pairs implemented specific software data analysis. targeted list comprises 430 contaminants belonging to compound categories, including 105 multiclass pharmaceuticals (analgesics/anti-inflammatories, antibiotics, lipid regulators, β-blockers, antiepileptic/psychiatrics ulcer healings, diuretics, hormones bronchodilatadors), life-style products (caffeine, nicotine), 21 drugs abuse their metabolites, 279 pesticides some more relevant nitrosamines, flame retardants, plasticizers perfluorinated compounds. included simple offline solid phase extraction (SPE) step using polymeric cartridges (Oasis HLB) 200mL sample loaded, followed by analysis rapid resolution electrospray time-of-flight (LC-TOFMS) both positive negative modes. identification findings accomplished from accurate masses target ions along time characteristic in-source fragment ions. overall performance was satisfactory limits quantification lower than 10ngL(-1) 44% studied Recoveries between 50% 130% were obtained 65% analytes (281 compounds). Matrix effects occurring wastewater matrices also assessed. developed applied real surface samples.
