摘要: Morphogenesis is underpinned by orientated cell division, motility and growth. The substratum for migrating cells in vivo comprises either extracellular matrix or the surfaces of adjacent both are believed to inform dynamic behaviour adherent through contact guidance. Collisions between vitro can induce phenomena inhibition locomotion suggesting that their sensitivity substratum-derived cues may also be influenced population density. In present study dermal fibroblasts, which known motile culture fundamental organization matrix, were used examine influence pressure on ability topography findings suggest morphogenetic guidance cues, as revealed alignment microtopography, modulated pressure.
