摘要: Many studies have demonstrated that discogenic low back pain is the most common type of chronic (CLBP), one major causes disability, and has a socioeconomic impact. Our aim to review present therapeutic interventions for pain. There are multitude treatments used in clinical practice treat CLBP, but there continued debate lack consensus among clinicians policy makers as which modality best approach. Based on controlled evaluations, lumbar intervertebral discs been shown be source without disc herniation 26 39% patients. Treatment modalities include noninvasive such drug therapy, multiple physical modalities, multidisciplinary biopsychosocial rehabilitation; interventional intradiscal therapies epidural injections; regenerative with injections various solutions; and, finally, surgical approaches fusion artificial replacement, all accompanied by significant discussion, limited evidence, consensus. The results this evaluation show evidence therapy limited; rehabilitation, it moderate; behavioral therapies, limited. For poor; injections, levels 3 4. fusions replacement similar, superiority when compared well-designed or injections.
