摘要: Slurry samples, collected from 23 commercial swine farms in South Korea during January to May 2008, were characterized terms of various physiochemical parameters: pH, specific gravity (SG), electrical conductivity (EC), total solids (TS), volatile (VS), fixed (FS), suspended (TSS), dissolved (TDS), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5), chemical (CODcr), macronutrients (N, P, K, Ca, Na, and Mg), micronutrients (Zn, Fe, Al, Mn, Cu, Co), heavy metals (Ni, Cr, As, Cd, Pb), microbes (total heterotrophic bacteria, coliforms, Escherichia coli, Salmonella). Average TS was found be 4.5%, similar that other countries. A great variation parameters nutrient contents observed the analyzed samples. This could attributed differences feeds, use wash water, rainfall, slurry age at time sampling. appeared a superior indicator most nutrients parameters. Strong positive relationships (P < 0.001) between N (R2 = 0.74), P 0.81), K 0.59), Ca 0.76), Fe 0.64), Mn 0.60), Mg Na 0.51), Al 0.62), BOD5 CODcr VS 0.99), FS 0.83), TSS 0.71). The regression equations for Cu TDS against also obtained 0.05) R2 0.38 0.40, respectively. bacterial count significantly correlated with TS. E. coli Salmonella counts noted an average 5.08 log10 CFU mL-1 3.56 probable number (MPN) mL-1, In addition, predicting Korean are presented term TS, easily determinable parameter. present study data used as guideline estimating contribution agricultural fields, ultimately facilitating implementation Good Management Practices farms.
