摘要: The effects of initial total solids (TSi) and the degree aerobic treatment on subsequent stability piggery slurry during anaerobic storage were investigated. A stored sample was considered to be biologically stable when volatile fatty acid (VFA) content both relatively low(<0·65 g/l) either constant or decreasing. Mechanically-separated slurries, containing 1·5-4·5% TSi, aerated in batches for 3–9 d a year, VFA used as monitor stability. decreases chemical biochemical oxygen demand ascribed degradation microbial biomass, amount plant fibre did not change significantly treatment. slurries increased TSi decreased. Dilute <1·5% stabilized year after aeration. 3·0–4·5% with extent aeration related exponentially biodegradable at start storage. lower more-concentrated inhibition methanogenic bacteria by free ammonia. In practice, it is recommended that more concentrated should spread land within few days Methods increasing stability, such ammonia stripping, nitrification, removal reaeration, are discussed.
