摘要: The voltammetric responses on selected white wines of different vintages and origins have been systematically collected by three modified electrodes, in order to check their effectiveness performing blind analysis similar matrices. electrode modifiers consist a conducting polymer, namely poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) composite materials Au Pt nanoparticles embedded PEDOT layer. Wine samples tested, without any prior treatments, with differential pulse voltammetry technique. subsequent chemometric has carried out both separately the signals each sensor, two or even sensors as unique set data, possible complementarity information brought electrodes. After preliminary inspection principal component analysis, classification models built validated partial least squares-discriminant analysis. discriminant capability evaluated terms sensitivity specificity classification; all cases quite good results obtained.
