摘要: Three different electrodes were tested for use as nonspecific amperometric sensors blind analysis on real matrices, namely fruit juices from fruits or brands. The first two traditional Pt and Au electrodes, while the third one was modified with poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) conducting polymer. separately, coupled to each other, also together. responses of electrode system(s) screened via PCA then their discriminant capabilities quantified in terms sensitivities specificities corresponding PLS-DA multivariate classification models. Particular attention paid analyzing evolution response over subsequent potential sweeps. demonstrated most discriminating ability, it only system capable satisfactorily performing complex task attempted during analysis: between same but Moreover, “cleaning” procedure required sweeps much simpler than others. This therefore shown be a good candidate an informative element electronic tongue applied other food matrices.
