摘要: The applications of chemometrics in food chemistry are evaluated especially the case research work performed on proprietary data by chemists, with an overview studied, chemometric techniques applied, type and number variables, samples. Some frequent misunderstandings errors indicated. Improvements application fundamental suggested – design to collect representative samples, careful use clustering techniques, evaluation uncertainty classification parameters, effect noisy information.
