摘要: Importance New methods are needed to compare peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer thickness (pRNFLT) measurements taken from time-domain optical coherence tomography (TD-OCT) and spectral-domain OCT (SD-OCT). Objective To the agreement of measured predicted pRNFLT using different equations based on obtained by TD-OCT SD-OCT. Design, Setting, Participants Cross-sectional single-center study that took place at Department Ophthalmology, University Erlangen–Nuremberg November 16, 2005, June 3, 2015, included 138 eyes control participants, 126 patients with ocular hypertension, 128 preperimetric glaucoma, 160 perimetric glaucoma. All participants had standard clinical examinations obtain (via Stratus OCT) SD-OCT Spectralis pRNFLT. Two groups were matched for diagnostic subgroup, eye side, sex, age. The first group used predict mean 6-sector vertical-split second vice versa. between calculations conversion was evaluated intraclass correlation coefficients Bland-Altman plots. Main Outcomes Measures Mean sectoral as well Results all investigated coeffecients ranged 0.937 0.939. plots demonstrated systemic biases −0.7 μm +1.1 measurements. ratio method an coefficient 0.969 temporal-inferior sector. best color-code both devices achieved no method, κ = 0.731 (95% CI, 0.656-0.806) Conclusions Relevance These data suggest prediction values derived can be conducted high levels agreement. In individual cases singular sectors, errors may occur. When longitudinal imaging available, provide comparability.
