摘要: Colorectal cancer (CRC) ranks third among the most commonly diagnosed cancers worldwide, with wide geographical variation in incidence and mortality across world. Despite proof that screening can decrease CRC mortality, is only offered to a small proportion of target population worldwide. Throughout world there are widespread differences implementation status strategy. Differences be attributed incidence, economic resources, healthcare structure infrastructure support such as ability identify at risk registry availability. This review highlights issues consider when implementing programme gives worldwide overview burden current programmes, focus on international differences.
