摘要: The success of the Clean Development Mechanism Kyoto Protocol to reduce global greenhouse gas emissions requires that there are scientifically sound and usable measurement methods for emission baseline. Three different investigated in context China’s electrical sector: simulation with dispatch analysis, decomposition operating build margin analysis. It is found analysis best method available as it able consider important regional temporal dimensions, while can help quantify potential effects energy environment policy choices.
