摘要: Abstract A commercially available enzymatic assay (Boehringer Monotest) was modified to allow a rapid and sensitive determination of cholesterol in membrane lipid extracts. This achieved by adding 0.5% Triton X-100 the reagent solution. The detergent did not interfere with assay. relationship between amount per absorbance at 500 nm linear up 100 μg. recovery better than 95%. applied erythrocyte
