摘要: An automated sample preparation system has been developed for the determination of cholesterol in a wide range matrices. Isolation is performed with robotic arm coupled series modular stations. Samples are introduced into which adds appropriate reagents, carries out saponification, pH adjustment, solid-phase extraction and drying steps. This was evaluated using 15 different food The average recovery NIST standards exceeded 97%. A solution n-hexane-2-propanol substituted traditional methanol-chloroform extraction. Manual adjustment replaced buffer. methods were compared no difference observed at 95% confidence level.
