摘要: An automated sample preparation system has been developed for the determination of cholesterol in a wide range matrices. Isolation is performed with robotic arm coupled series modular stations. Samples are introduced into which adds appropriate reagents, carries out saponification, pH adjustment, solid-phase extraction and drying steps.
