摘要: In experiments on mice of lines C57BL/6J and CBA/CaLac, the possibility strengthening analgesic effect corvitin by action red polarized light (PL) acupoint (AP) E-36 was studied. The pain behavioral response (licking painful area) caused injection 5% formalin in hind limb (0.25 microl subcutaneously). duration studied before after systemic introduction (10 mg/kg, intraperitoneal) or joint use PL minute session). It is established, that application antinociceptive AP all animals an authentic takes place. mice, alone weakened 29.7% during combined corvitin, it grew up to 53.1%. Mice line CBA/CaLac were less sensitive both PL. this line, used reduced 14%, 32.4% with Non-traumatic, without side effects, method influence low-intensive can be recommended patients accepting for its efficiency.
