摘要: Our recent results show the efficacy of pain suppression by exposure antinociceptive acupuncture points (APs) to white polarized (P) light. But it is known that light contains electromagnetic waves different length (colors) and, possibly, not all them produce a similar effect. There are no comparative data about analgesic affects colors P now. The purpose this study was clear up question if effects low-intensive depend on color light/wavelength. Formalin-induced behavior (licking painful area) tested in control mice and exposed one (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet) area or AP E-36. Exposure E-36 evoked statistically significant decrease licking time 31.5-64.1% 36.1-54.4% respectively. red most effective for depression, analgesia averaged 64.1% 54.4% accordingly. compare three "cold" (blue, more pronounced case its application than In conclusion, intensity lights strongly depends (wavelength).
