摘要: In this paper, we have used energy and physical production data to develop efficiency indicators for the meat industry of four European countries last 15 years. Our results show a significant increase in use per tonne product all (between 14% 48%). order understand drivers behind trends, factors such as share frozen products, cut-up products increasing food hygiene measures are analysed. We find that strong regulations can explain between one two-thirds while role shares cut fresh it is found be no significance.
