摘要: Abstract The imbalance between energy supply and demand is expected to keep increasing, with the manufacturing sector being responsible for about one-third of world consumption. Hence, concerns energy-efficient environmentally benign process have become an emerging issue. This paper suggests a novel hierarchy saving technologies machine tools, mainly machining. Cutting widely used traditional process, accounts large portion consumption in tool sectors. A suggested, from perspective single device manager, accordance level application. Technologies strategies were compiled research project reports, journal conference articles, policies, etc . They then rearranged respective levels suggested hierarchy. Theories assessment modeling characteristics reviewed, general on micro planning discussed at software-based optimization level. Then, control cutting improvement, such as lubrication assisted machining systems, introduced, their effects presented. Finally, improvement hardware components design rules environment reviewed. Future market demands clearly drawn more attention efficiency, tools should be accurately modeled controlled. Loss unnecessary operation partial minimized. From are compact lightweight. Operators manufacturers need understand both greener tools.
