摘要: Abstract Three-dimensional finite element models are used to assess the accuracy of thermoelastic and thermal properties unidirectional fiber-reinforced composites predicted by six different micromechanical models. The are: simple mechanics materials type equations, fiber substructuring model, vanishing diameter self-consistent Mori-Tanaka method cells. In addition, derivatives effective properties, with respect each constituent material fiber-volume ratio, computed using predictions for four advanced composite systems compared experimental data. results obtained in present study show that model cells closer those than all other
