摘要: This paper presents a formulation of the stability problem for rectangular composite plate reinforced by two types fibers, one them being both stiffer and more expensive than other. An obvious design solution based on cost containment is to concentrate fibers in area where they can provide maximum benefit its stability. In present paper, replace certain fraction “ordinary” layers oriented along load direction. Moreover, distribution volume these across width corresponding nonuniform (piece-wise distribution). The goal maximize buckling subject constraint total cross-sectional fibers. The be obtained exactly integrating equation equilibrium each region stiffnesses are constant satisfying continuity boundary conditions. Another approach, which employed this Galerkin procedure. Numerical examples illustrate possibility significant enhancement using functionally graded hybrid plates.
