摘要: G-CSF in individual follicular fluids correlates with the potential of corresponding embryo to result a live birth after transfer IVF. To evaluate requirements for rou- tine fluid quantification, we compared measurements made two multiplexed microbead assays purchased from Bio-Rad Laboratories and R&D Systems, commercial ELISA (R&D Systems). Individual (n = 139) associated transferred embryos were analysed determine cytokine profile fate each was recorded. The effect multiplexing as well comparison respective performances assay flow cytometry explored. Multivariable logistic regression analysis performed receiver operating characteristic (ROC) used performance sensi- tivity/specificity method fluids. Microbead appeared similarly efficient quantifying multiplex versus single-plex did reliability quantification.
