摘要: Cytokines in follicular fluid (FF) are important for reproduction as they modulate oocyte maturation and ovulation which influence subsequent fertilization, development of early embryo potential implantation. We evaluated FF cytokines women who underwent intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) their association with fertilized oocytes, quality pregnancy outcome. belonging to 38 patients including 18 polycystic ovary (PCO) 20 male/unexplained infertility were investigated granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF), regulated upon activation normal T cell expressed presumably secreted (RANTES), tumour necrosis (TNFα), interferon gamma (IFNγ) interleukins (IL-4 IL-2) by bead-based sandwich immunoassay. Our findings revealed that on the day retrieval, G-CSF was positively correlated number while TNFα detection associated reduced oocytes. Only showed significant positive effect outcome although studied not quality. PCO cause did show an FF. The functions likely be complex, cytokine evaluation may offer insight understanding mechanisms leading success or failure assisted reproduction.
