摘要: SUMMARY: A brief review has been made of some the important advances in knowledge that have occurred research on and control hydatidosis (Echinococcus spp.) during past 20 years. Included among subjects reviewed are new information geographical distribution, host-parasite relationships, socio-cultural factors dynamics transmission. description also given found to be setting up programs. These include structure, functions, priorities, surveillance education veterinary public health. Current options for methods described problems resolved following change method from ‘arecoline surveillance’ with its educational component mass dog-treatment programs discussed.
