摘要: Aim. To define the role of circulating biomarkers for metabolism collagen and intercellular substance vascular remodeling in development osteoporosis (OP) idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension (IPAH). Materials methods. Functional hemodynamic parameters, bone mineral density (BMD) lumbar spine femoral neck serum levels matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), tissue inhibitor metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1), MMP-9/TIMP-1 complex, C-terminal telopeptide type 1 (CITP), endothelin-1 (ET-1) were determined 27 high-risk IPAH patients 30 healthy volunteers. Results. OP was detected 50% examinees. The CITP, MMP-9, TIMP-1, ET-1 proved to be higher than There a direct correlation between BMD six-minute walk test an inverse with total resistance (TPVR). Serum TMIP-1 correlated cardiac index TPVR; concentrations directly related artery systolic pressure, index, TPVR. Inverse relationships found TMIP-1, MMP-9/TMIP-1, ET-1. At same time, there only tendency towards positive CITP concentrations. Conclusion. results investigation confirm that endothelin system dysregulation plays leading persistent disorders suggest it is involved osteopenic syndrome. Enhanced secretion initiates loss possibly via activation connective destruction.
